Absolute worst agent I've ever worked with. Poor availability, leaves problems for clients to discover, multiple problems encountered that resulted in being overcharged for premiums and loss of one whole month of insurance coverage. I complained to Banker's Life, but they did nothing and then I submitted a complaint to the Insurance Commissioner. Beware!
