I had a fantastic experience working with State Farm. Dalton Hanville in particular was extremely helpful, professional, and made the process smooth and refreshing. Highly recommend working with Dalton for your insurance needs!
Long story short, a $200 fraudulent claim was paid out by SF before ever contacting me. The result is a $500 yearly increase to my policy. When I asked at the time how the claim would impact cost, I got bounced between claims, the agent and a third department, which resulted in no resolution. Appears getting you into a policy is the only priority, being there for you when you need them is not. Needless to say, they were NOT a good neighbor.
