We have had problems with this office for the last month. No one will answer the phone or return a call or text. We even called a different state farm office to ask for help and they couldn't get anyone on the phone, either. Do not recommend. 3 people trying to get ahold of this office for an entire month and no response.
Told I was covered, when I needed to file a claim they said I was never should’ve been accepted. Then tried to over charge me and rush me into signing a policy. Found another State Farm agency that covered the same for less than half the price.
Marie the agent i talked with is awesome, kind, and very helpful. Answered all my questions. And state farm got me a much better rate than any where else. while still getting better insurance.
