Dr Hancock has been the physician for both of my parents. Last year my 97 yr old father had a fever and wasn’t doing well. They gave him a blood test in and urine test. He never heard back and assumed nothing showed up. However he ended up in the hospital for several days because the test showed a uti, but no one bothered to call and tell him My mother recently had her yearly check up. They didn’t order a blood test or urine but she requested one. Again, no follow up phone call but I saw on her online chart she has an infect... read more
