Dr Hancock has been the physician for both of my parents. Last year my 97 yr old father had a fever and wasn’t doing well. They gave him a blood test in and urine test. He never heard back and assumed nothing showed up. However he ended up in the hospital for several days because the test showed a uti, but no one bothered to call and tell him My mother recently had her yearly check up. Dr. Hancock has always taken time with me to discuss any issues I'm having. He's easy to talk to and encourages my input into my health care. I highly recommend.
I have found Dr Hancock to be very thorough, congenial, and knowledgeable. Very happy he’s my doctor. Deb Graber is also one of my favorites. They both take the time to ask questions and explain procedures.
