BEWARE! Doesn't pay his bills. We now have a lien on our property with a sale in jeopardy because Ryan did not pay a subcontractor. Seemed like a nice guy. The work was okay but then we get a lien notice from the subcontractor who provided the labor. No wonder he was in a hurry to get paid.
Horrible experience ....extremely high price for shotty work...especially electrical very bad...had professional electrician come do estimate to fix all the problems. He was so upset he wanted me to sue. Plus went off on his own on layout which definitely was different than what I signed off on
