My name is Kathy Pugh, I have been calling since May 22nd. I know the following Monday was a holiday day and now I’m calling the day after. I tried every option except the Doctor line. Does anyone else have trouble getting a live person? My shot didn’t work and I’m in pain worse than before!! Someone please call me you have my info!!! Everyone in the back of the office was so nice? Very good doctor listens and helps with the pain. Been having lots of pain and he helped me out.
Staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Krafft listens to your concerns and makes a plan to get the help you need.

I have been seeing Dr. Kraft for some time now. I like Dr. Kraft alot. Very nice Dr. He listens to you. Gives you advice. His office has the Best medical staff. Very Nice people all of them. Very Thankfull for them all.
