Starting with reception, all of the staff were welcoming, professional, and considerate. I wish all of my doctors had Dr. Kohout's wonderful "bedside manner." He thoroughly explained the testing process, which was uncomfortable with shocks and needle pokes. He made it much less painful by keeping up a running dialogue of what he was doing and how it would feel. Dr. Kouhout was efficient and had great energy. He showed a real interest in me as a person, not just a patient.
