Ryan was a phenomenal agent to work with. Ryan worked with us for well over a year plus and kept lines of communication open with me and my wife as we navigated the closing of our small business. Had a very smooth process with Ryan in selling a parcel of land, approx. 54 acres. He worked in negotiating a fair market value, and followed thru which involved a long drawn out process with the buyer. But all in all, it was a very smooth process with his guidance leading us thru the sale.
