I am embarrassed to admit that I am woefully late in writing my review of my interaction with Dr.Kaple and his staff. I am without valid excuse other than to note that II forgot because I was dealing with multiple and serious additional, contemporaneous medical problems, which mostly have successfully resolved. Succinctly, I was almost 74 years old at the relevant time. My consult with Dr Kaple was the best interaction I’ve ever had with a physician. He expressed interest in my experience. I never felt dismissed or rushed. He was authentic and genuine and restored hope for me that there are great doctors out there who care. Dr Kaple is exceptional I’m grateful we crossed paths
Dr. Ryan Kaple and his staff are fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Kaple is performing a heart valve replacement procedure on me and he explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He listened to and answered all of my questions. We were coming from a distance and the office staff was very friendly and efficient. They were accommodating and assisted in getting information. Dr Kaple was gentle, extremely helpful and explained in detail what options would be. Derrick went above and beyond to secure a CT scan pronto so a second trip wouldn't be necessary. Thank you everyone for your great care.
I must say going to Hackensack Meridian, if it was a hotel . I was treated like royalty with service from my front door to their door and back home again. The attention to detail was impressive. Thank you to all that handled services for me while I was on premise.
