I was extremely disappointed by this man’s bedside manner. Rather than addressing concerns professionally or taking accountability when errors were made by his staff, the experience left me feeling embarrassed and as though I was being made to shoulder the blame. His demeanor came across as haughty, dismissive, and lacking in basic compassion.
