Not sure why this guy is getting good reviews! I have never in my life experienced what I did at his office. The first time I went to him he didn’t even greet me, never said anything when he was finished, just walked out of the room. The second time I reluctantly went because of how I was treated the first time. I went anyway and this time was horrible! I got my wisdom teeth removed here a week ago and he did an amazing job I highly recommend him to everyone. He was super quick and helpful and he even called that same night to check and see how I was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone!
I had a wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure was over in less than ten minutes and completely painless. Everyone was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Austin.
If I could rate this 0 stars, I most certainly would because the experience I had was absolutely terrible. First of all, I would like to say that I read reviews before going to my visit and I thought I was going to be treated the way most of the customers reviewing him were treated. Wrong. When I arrived to my appointment I was not greeted by Dr. Austin, just straight to the point. He did not use topical cream to numb the area he was about to inject nor did he use a gentle hand while numbing the area with his needle.. the wh... read more
