I bought a really nice chain and had a small issue, it was fixed with no issues no questions. And fixed in 2 days. when I came to pick it up i just asked to upgrade, I got my full value paid OG got a deal and a half on an upgraded if you want a real jewler with a trusting experience solid place to buy call jess and go to RYAN'S maple ridge
I brought my mom old necklace in to get it fixed. They said the gold was old and could not be fixed so would I like to sell them the necklace and put the money towards a new one. I said no thanks it's my moms and it is old. I want to keep it. When I went to pick it up they gave me another necklace all together trying to tell me it was my mom's necklace but it wasn't. They keep mine and replaced it with a cheap knockoff. Pls beware.
