Ryan Jewelers was amazing they make a custom pendant while we shopped. Staff was friendly and helpful in designing the piece we were looking for. Prices were great we’ll be back !
I have all my jewelry repairs here and I'm extremely satisfied. The staff is wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been a long-time customer of this shop, but I am writing this review today because I am extremely disappointed with their service. I purchased two pairs of rings here, and the diamonds fell out because they hadn't been set securely during a previous visit; when I returned to have them fixed, they charged me a $200 service fee. Since I had never been charged for repairs before, I am very disappointed by this practice. I would advise you to think carefully before choosing them as your jewelry provider.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Second purchase very satisfied.
Very pleasant.
