I didn’t see the doctor. The doctor was 1.5 hours to 2 hours behind on appointments. I left at 1:15 mark even though they said I was next. The next was to go back to room to take vitals and still wait to be seen. I asked how long was the wait in the back. They couldn’t give an estimate but stated there were 5 rooms in back with other patients waiting to be seen. Patients were coming out that I didn’t see go back in the 1:15 that I had waited. Quick & efficient & friendly!
Dr Jander and the office staff were very pleasant and professional during my visit. Everyone worked efficiently to get you seen promptly. My issue was on the minor side but I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Office space was clean as well.
I just had an appointment for a thumb/hand issue and felt very rushed throughout the visit. The appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes, and while the doctor gave brief verbal instructions, nothing was written down and there was little opportunity to ask follow-up questions. When I tried to understand the plan more clearly, I was told not to ‘overthink it,’ which didn’t feel reassuring given that this was an injury affecting my daily functioning. Dr. Ryan Jander is a superb surgeon. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. He has helped me many times with chronic arthritic hands. I would be lost without him.
