When calling this office it's very difficult to navigate to speak to someone. I had to leave personal information to have someone call me back the following day. Young lady called back does not identify herself. When I asked her what her name was she goes I just make appointments. After having my doctor send over referral and all my records over a week ago I still can't make an appointment. I called again and after many prompts finally got the same young lady on the phone, she told me oh you need to get more test done. I ask... read more
Dr Houk is very professiinal and pleasant and leaves one confident about what his health status is.
Dr Houk is terrific. Very experienced. Wonderful personality. Very thorough. I feel lucky to have him as my cardiologist while I'm in Naples.
The check in process at the front desk was very smooth. 10 minutes the nurse brought me back to the exam room and ran a couple of tests. They went very smooth. Dr Houk entered the examine room within 5 minutes of the nurse leaving. He provided me with all the critical information that I needed. Great visit.
