The 1 year home warranty is just short enough where all the things that break start happening in year 2&3. Flooring buckling everywhere starting in year 2. Our dryer stopped working in year 3. DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING. They will lie to your face and promise things that will not be delivered and then refuse to work with you or refund your money when they go against their word. Highly do not recommend Ryan Homes, or NVR Mortgage.
Do not trust Ryan Homes. Had several issues at move in and now my driveway is falling apart after 2 years and warranty team is blowing me off. Edit: Ryan did fix our driveway after leaving this review.
