If you're looking to buy a house, go somewhere else, everything from the in house mortgage company to the actual builders is poor workmanship, lazy and inept workers. Ever since moving into our house we have ran into problem after problem. I can say confidently the rest of the community probably agrees as well. They really need to slow down and show quality work rather than doing things as cheaply and quickly as possible.
