I'm a first time homebuyer and I was honestly not expecting to get pre approve due to my credit but I was surprise and happy that Ryan Homes was able to get me pre-approve. I was able to pick my home with the features I wanted, added some features and I was happy how fast and how wonderful this experience has been. I'm currently under contract and I cannot wait to see everything come through. So happy I made this decision and I cannot wait for my new home.
Not a big fan of the construction of Ryan homes I have my own business and it always seems like there’s something I have to put in or Fix on one of their new homes
