The allotment is very nice and any questions or concerns were answered timely and professionally. Our build had no issues and was completed before contract. The entire process was seamless essentially and has no problems whatsoever. Lyndsay, Melissa, Ross and Brett were great and very available. I will say that upon moving in anything needing addressed was taken care of quickly. The landscaping company that completes the grading, lawn install and landscape leaves a lot to be desired.
