Such a terrible builder—it’s unbelievable that this is the quality of homes they deliver. We signed the paperwork, and literally the next day we had a leak. They claimed they fixed it, yet here we are, on our very first day living in the house, dealing with the same issue all over again. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

I have had a superb time working with the Wellington Farms team at Ryan Homes to build my new home. I am eagerly awaiting closing and everything is coming together quite nicely.
