I wanted a new home for years and I could only afford to go with Ryan homes. Worst decision I have ever made. From the driveway, yard, and inside the home. ALL poor quality workmanship. The only thing I can say as a plus, is the Service Manager they have, does his best to rectify everything. Watch out for the HOA. They are bigoted, power hungry, and refuse to work with the homeowner. Try to complain, and they double down. They don't even answer their own mail. They have a middleman answer for them.
As one who said he would never have a new home built after a terrible experience with another builder many years ago, I have nothing but good things to say about the one person with whom we have worked to date with Ryan Homes at Waterford Landing. Specifically, Keith is exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind.

Deborah LInz was very nice and responsive in the beginning. She was always nice. However after the papers were signed and the deposit was placed she went MIA. My lender couldn’t reach her, I couldn’t reach her, her voicemail was full, and she ignored emails. We had to go higher up to get a response.There is a biodigester that stinks up the neighborhood and makes it unpleasant to go outside your home.
