Updating my experience having now lived in my house for 6 months. The good: The sales experience was great. Derek was my sales rep and spent time discussing my home needs. My build was on time and I closed in December 2024. The neighbors are great. Very friendly and you see them outside working on their yard or walking their dogs. The bad: I had a broken cabinet at closing and it was fix. I had an issue with the HVAC as it didn’t have a damper installed to distribute airflow equally through the house. I got that fixed.
