We have been looking for a house to buy for a very long time. Finally we found twin lakes and encountered Minnie who totally sold us on their houses. She is an excellent sales person who is very well versed on the houses she sells.

I purchased a Townhome from Ryan Homes in July 2023. The entire purchase and building process was the smoothest I have ever been through and I have built before. Mason Graves was an Excellent Construction Manager! He kept us apprised every step of the way with photos. We hired an outside inspector and he said it was one of the cleanest and up to specification homes he has seen. The minor 3 items he found were fixed immediately. Any warranty items that have come up since we moved in have been addressed expeditiously!
