Tuscan hill is a very beautiful place and has some of the best backyard view’s. The location is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I were initially debating between a pre-owned and a new home, but after visiting the community and speaking with Ashley ( Sales Representative), the decision became clear. We’re now under contract! Ashley was fantastic—she walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions with great patience. If you’re considering it, we highly recommend visiting in person and scheduling an appointment with Ashley.
My wife and I were very 50/50 on building a home. Ashley at Tuscan made it a great and seamless experience. We never felt pressured and there was clarity throughout the process. We are excited to join the community next month!
