Terrible and poor communication skills. No matter how many times you contact them, they will not respond to you. Even after continuing to contact them, they’ll ignore you. They’re not courteous of other people’s time, it seems like they only care about their own time. Terrible business.
We are first time home buyers and they walked us through everything! It has been a great experience so far!
