We appreciated the quick responses and friendly demeanor of Kelly in the sales office and how detail oriented Ken and Kyle are with the construction. Their loan staff was lousy, Dawn needs to be replaced, but everyone else did great. We love our new home :)
The entire Ryan Homes purchase & building process was easy and went smooth. Our sales rep Kelly and project manager Jason kept us updated on the progress of our home and informed us of next steps in advance. The home was built with quality and we are very happy with it. We had a few very minor warranty issues which were resolved quickly. The community is very friendly and we will enjoy living here for many years to come.
