I am having a bad experience with Ryan Homes located in Aberdeen, NJ. When I showed interest in buying a town home, I was given assurance that I would be allowed to move-in into new home only after I complete my lease with rental apartment. Based on that assurance, I had signed up the contract and proceeded further. Now when all of a sudden, Ryan Homes is forcing me to complete my closing formalities and make a move to the new home 5 months before my current rental lease agreement is added.
