Update-On top of this bad review below now multiple NEW townhome units have no AC. Warranty AC people are saying must be a leak with coolant, is this a joke. Unbelievable. How can you trust anything built in the units. Fix the problems Ryan homes!!! Worse builder in NJ. They never answer phone, never return calls, never have fixed any issues noted in closing. Worse builder ever, think long & hard b4 entering contract with them. If you have any issues post closing good luck, their service stinks! And on top of everything else... read more
