I just want to start out thanking Ashley and everyone else that we have worked with. Ashley has been amazing and super sweet. I even told her this has been the best buying home process with NO stress at all. I can't wait to get into our new home soon! We also got one of the best building managers Trey. He has been so faithful on sending videos and descriptions of the building process each week. We have seen no flaws with the house each and everytime we have been inside. Again thank you for such a great experience!
We had giving up because of some complications with our loan application but thanks to Ashley not only my husband and I but also my daughter ,were able to get pre approved and signed our contract for our new Ryan Home at Sumter Villas. She went above and beyond to make sure we were matched with the correct loan officer for our situation and guide us thru the process. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have lived at Sumter Villas for 2 months. Our experience could not be better. This is truly a friendly, peaceful and beautiful place to live. Trey is the construction manager. If you have any post construction issues, he always does his best to resolve your concerns. Walter was our sales person and Ashley was our finance expert. They both are very hard workers. They were always available to answer any questions. This entire experience has been wonderful.
We had a wonderful experience with Ryan Homes in Sumter Villas! Ashley Damschen was very accommodating and our closing officer Melanie Adamescu was also very helpful. We are very thankful to everyone in the company who made this dream of having our own home come true!
