We recently closed on a house in this subdivision. Worked with Leon while deciding on our home style and the finishes. He is great. He was realistic and down to earth. We didn’t feel pressured to buy or to get upgrades. We changed things many times and he would go in and redo the paperwork and didn’t make you feel like you were a bother. He was very knowledgeable about the home styles and all the options you can upgrade to.
My husband and I were out one day in March and on a whim we stopped in to the model home to just look. We knew we were going to be buying a house in the next few months and just wanted to browse.
