Great starter home in nice location.
I had a previous lender before coming to Ryan Homes, she had me at a high interest rate and basically allowing me to be approved for whatever I was comfortable paying every month. So we bought last year and had a great experience. Collin was very welcoming when we came to view the model. Collin was very informative about the community and the process. So I would strongly recommend the community.
