I'm very happy with my decision to purchase a Ryan Home at Spirit of Sebastian. A new approach to community within a community. There are residents that are employees of Ryan that live there. I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect by their Sales Rep. Anthony Agosto. If you're looking to relocate or looking for a new home, run don't walk to Spirit of Sebastian and Please take a look at Ryan Homes and what they have to offer, you won't be disappointed.

We met Mike Freshwater a couple of weeks ago and were very impressed by his customer service and knowledge of the community and floor plans!
We are nearing the end of our experience with building in this one of a kind development and could not be happier with the entire process. Michael Freshwater has gone above and beyond in his role as a realtor. His expertise is beyond measure, walking us through not only the purchase portion but the design portion and even assisting when his part is done. My husband I purchased a home in This community. Mr. Freshwater explained the process throughout and kept us in the loop. Then we met Scott, the project manager and he was awesome with sending us photo updates and inviting us to walkthrough each phase of the home building process. Excellent company and these two were AMAZING to work with!
