Working with Mike and Paula was a pleasant experience. They made us feel very comfortable and great to work with.
We did our due diligence in looking for our forever home. Ryan Homes of Spirit of Sebastian checked quite a few boxes. We had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment with Paula Laprocina. She did an amazing job explaining to us what the community was all about.
