I am a new home owner because of Ryan Homes and I love it here , the entire experience was phenomenal , throughout the entire process Dan and Haris communicated very well , kept me updated and showed me how to maintain the upkeep on my new home before closing , even after closing they still communicate and helped me with any questions I had. They are very knowledgeable and the home is beautiful with no build issues and everything was completed on time and approved! My project manager Haris was awesome. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was so excited every week to get my weekly updates, plus photos of my home. I had my walk through today and my home is beautiful! Haris talked to me about all the warranty and he checked everything as we walked through to show me everything was in working order.
