I wasn’t even sure I wanted to do this, but after looking at overpriced properties that needed a lot of work, I chose to visit Riverwood Valley Townhouses. . Donna made this decision very easy for me. Kristen handled the financial part with professionalism and tons of patience. What can I say about Tim? He definitely knows his stuff. I’m excited for this new adventure!
A really great value for the area! With the tax abatement, I'll be paying LESS to OWN a home here, than I would renting in the SAME neighborhood... AND the home is NEW, and larger than the rentals. No brainer. Bri and Donna made it crazy easy too! 10/10 would recommend!
This was quite the easy decision, the tax abatement made it so that I will be paying less monthly on my mortgage than I would when I was renting in this area, Donna and Bri were fantastic to work with, and Tim clearly knows what's going on. I have no doubt we made the right decision, and I can't wait to move.
We live down the street, in Ryan homes- townhouse, you can hear your neighbors and they use cheap material.
Riverwood and Ryan have created a beautiful home in some of the stunning areas of the Merriman Valley! The Ryan homes offer first floor living with the advantages of bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Did I mention the 15 year tax abatement? You have to see it for yourself! They have a terrific sales consultant staff on site to answer any questions.
