Disappointed in the quality of my home. My floors had high spots of a quarter inch. They spent a year attempting to correct and now it's only an eight of an inch and my laminated floor continues to separate. Sheetrock sparkling especially in the corners was poorly done and the areas that were left as rough sheet rock gave new definition to rough. We had an excellent experience with sales and project management. Glenn our sales rep was professional, easy to work with, responsive and got us into a great lot and house in the timeline we needed. Very knowledgeable. Our project manager Greg was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process and timeline. He sent us weekly pictures and updates. We are very happy with the community and its features. We love our new home.
