This was my first time building a house. I am 25 and did a lot of research and got a lot of advice from people who I respect. They all said “watch out, builders will cut corners when working fast.” However, this was not at all the case with Zach and Ryan Homes at Queens Mill. We worked Steve Shawver during the buying process. He made it very easy and had lots of patience with us. Zach helped out during the build while we were out of state. This is a great little neighborhood in a quite area of town. I’m glad my family and I found this neighborhood.
