BUYER BEWARE. The sales reps and various PMs are not very accommodating. They are cocky and condescending, and don’t take responsibility when they are wrong. They will lie to you until they are blue in the face, and there’s no accountability. Highly recommend you save yourself the headache and go build with W.B Homes or Rouse Chamberlin instead; they are right around the corner and have much higher quality service..
