We are in the process of having a home built and so far every question we have asked has been answered. Our rep Brian Yoder has helped us out immensely and always gotten back to us in an timely manner. This is our first time building and we are very pleased. We are anxious for ground to break and get into our new home. Our financial rep Matt has been so patient with all of our questions!

We found this community online and from our initial interest email, we have received top notch customer service. We recently met with the salesman, Brian Yoder, who answered our many questions which led to us signing a contract. Brian is super helpful and very responsive to communications. We look forward to continuing this process.

We have been pleased with the home buying experience here. Brian, the sales representative has been so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly since the day we walked in the model home. We have experienced very timely communication and above average customer service. Matt and Brian have both made the experience even better by providing us with pictures and videos of our home progress being built!
