Montour Overlook is a wonderful neighborhood and a great option for those looking to build a brand new townhome. The neighborhood is specifically in a part of Kennedy twp with very easy access to major highways, and also quick to get to Robinson, airport, and downtown Pittsburgh. Good school district. I had trouble competing to find an established home for sale and little time in my hectic work schedule, so I inquired into Montour Overlook with Ryan Homes. Though I know others with Ryan Homes I was reluctant, yet the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming and patient with all my inquiries. After two appointments, I purchased a new build with them for mid-2025 and couldn’t be happier. Talk to Katie, she is wonderful and won’t steer you wrong!
