Don't do it.... standing water during and after a rain event. Tried to fix it twice but with no supervision still holds water. Warranty office answers have been.... you have to wait 48 hrs, your house is too close together, no sun. Really those are the answers I get. I spent over $350,000 on this home.... no one would accept this. I have a freaking river between my house and neighbors!!! Basically you're screwed after you sign the papers. Warranty office is a joke.
