Building nice houses in Pendleton from what I have seen.
My husband and I recently worked with Sean O’Hara to plan our new home. I went into the initial meeting not feeling very positive about building, he guided me through the process and showed me options that I had not even considered. For years I have heard of some horror stories with Ryan, and I was really nervous to even look at their model. I have to say, after meeting with Stefani (Who is a GEM!) and touring the model, and neighborhood I was actually WOWed at what Ryan is doing. The extra touches they add without even upgrading is fantastic- nest thermostats, great hardware finishes, and more.
