I currently live here, moved in Oct. 2021 and have already had my basement flooded twice. This is also in addition to the other 4 in my unit. The first time Ryan Homes said they would send someone to look into the problem and that we were going to have to file a claim with out insurance. After push back from us they eventually hired a clean up company to clean the water and mud out of our basements. However, no one was sent out to repair the initial problem.
