Derek went above and beyond for us during the home buying and building process. With weekly updates and answering any and all questions and ensuring we were well taken care of. If we had any issues Derek and his team handled it promptly and professionally. We are grateful that such a great team were the ones building our first house.
Our project manager, Derrick, was extremely knowledgeable as well as personable! He kept us abreast of the home building process and we will definitely refer him to friends/family!
My wife and I are in our 60’s and this is actually our 1st new home. To say it was a daunting task would be an understatement. My experience with Ryan Homes has been very pleasant. I worked with Kathy who was very attentive and instrumental in me becoming a first time home buyer. She encouraged me to take the leap and I did. Throughout the building process, Derek was awesome. He gave weekly updates in pictures, in texts and in voicemails. And even if there were no new changes, he still made sure to check in.
