We just loved the location. The school district is great, plus it’s just next to the Applecross country club. Also it’s just 10 mins drive from downtown downingtown.
We purchased a home with Ryan homes Cloverhill and moved in 2 weeks ago. Tom Koop was our salesman and made the process extremely easy! He answered all of our questions and kept us updated on the progress. Our PM was Steve and he too was excellent! He sent almost weekly pictures of the progress being made which made it exciting.
