Beautiful Model. A show house, all the way. Last few lots, then all finished. Patricia Fehlan helped make the choice easy. Her knowledge of her products and skill of how to read what we wanted, she put together a package that checked all the boxes.

My husband and I are very excited about the new home being built for us at Mallards Edge. It has been great working with Patti and Jamilah. They have been very helpful in explaining everything to us and answering our questions. We are looking forward to moving into our forever home in September!
