I only find is rocks this big and garbage in my backyard buried. They expect to grow lawn on this rocks. When owners complain about bad soil, completely ignored. This is normal they said. I booked the house recently in Ryan homes Lehigh valley singles . Please beware of the following when you buy a home . I feel bad and why I booked here . Sales team will threaten the customer that you might loose your deposit if you ask for any discount. They reduced my homes base price more than 25K but still sales team is not supporting or helping and threatening that you will loose your deposit . Please think 100times before booking a house here . We love our new home at Lehigh Hills. Sales Officer Mary Taylor was very helpful in the purchase process. Construction manager Jared Stiefel guided us and provided all the updates on the construction progress in a timely manner. Working with Leslie has been an amazing experience. We worked with other builders before promising us a home in our budget but always ended up with extra fees and costs.
