Overall been a great experience with the whole team from Ryan Homes. The project has been smooth and whole team has been responsive and responded in a quick manner with all of our questions. They have been professional and helpful throughout the process.
I don't know where to start...our PM Melissa and team was the absolute best. Angi sent us weekly pictures which made us more excited weekly. Not only did they respond quickly bur during our outside (of Ryan Homes) inspection, the inspector also complimented our wonderful of a job they did!! We are home to stay!!!!
I had a home built in 2022 with the very helpful Melissa as the project manager and Angie to help us through the initial build and layout. I will explain what I would do differently next time below, but I loved all the options available and I'm glad Angie helped us navigate them better. Also, after you get your home built they give you a warranty and Tommy comes out to fix any issues that may happen in the first year.
