I am currently in process of closing on my home. It is the Hazel model and I have appreciated Josh Bennett, the project manager in charge of oversight for my home’s construction. He’s been very responsive with me and my wife looking at the house throughout the process and with every encounter he’s been kind and knowledgeable about all our questions. I appreciate him and Ryan Homes staff. Shout out to Joe Schwab. He was a great help to us getting the house and being consistent.
We recently completed our home build with Ryan and from the start of meeting Sarah the sales rep I knew I made the right decision. My family and I had the pleasure of working with Josh throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and responsive. Communication was a standout quality—he always kept us updated on progress, timelines, and any changes or decisions that needed to be made! He was flexible and very responsive!! Thank you Josh for making our dream come true!!!!
Josh was a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions patiently and expertly and went above and beyond to make sure our requests were met, and never made us feel badly for asking questions or making requests. We cannot recommend him enough.
We have nothing but great things to say about our experience building a house with Ryan Homes. The main reason for that was our Project Manager - Josh Bennett. He was amazing!
