We recently completed our home build with Ryan and from the start of meeting Sarah the sales rep I knew I made the right decision. My family and I had the pleasure of working with Josh throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and responsive. Communication was a standout quality—he always kept us updated on progress, timelines, and any changes or decisions that needed to be made! He was flexible and very responsive!! Thank you Josh for making our dream come true!!!!
Josh was a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions patiently and expertly and went above and beyond to make sure our requests were met, and never made us feel badly for asking questions or making requests. We cannot recommend him enough.
We have nothing but great things to say about our experience building a house with Ryan Homes. The main reason for that was our Project Manager - Josh Bennett. He was amazing! Overall we had an amazing time with Ryan Homes here in Culpeper. Laurel Park is a great community and we're excited to see it finished. My project manager was Connor and he did a great job communicating during the building process and afterwards checking up on us. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and Ryan homes took care of us. Building a home with a quick turn developer is community dependent on how good they are, this community is definitely one of the good ones.
