Do yourselves a favor and DON'T BUY property with Ryan Homes. I haven't even lived at Taylor Green for 18 months and already the walls are falling apart, you can see nails sticking out of the walls and ceiling. My HVAC system is so loud I can't even sleep and the HOA won't even change a light bulb that's been burned out for months. The trimming has separated from the walls leaving gaps amongst other various problems due to poor craftsmanship. From the 1st day I came to look at the Landmark by Ryan Homes the process has been smooth! Mike Breissinger is THE BEST. Had it not been for him and his personality I would not be this home. Mike sat down with me, we went over numbers he gave me a plan and a couple months later I was back, I believe I was his last sale before him moving to sale for a new community and I couldn’t have been more honored to work with him for this BIG milestone. Our experience with Ryan Homes was overwhelmingly positive from start to finish. We began exploring NVR communities on May 18th and settled on Landmark. The entire process, from earnest money to closing, took 181 days and was completed right on schedule. Sales Process Sean, our sales representative, was good. My friend’s new home is very nice, but there are not enough lights going to Palm Ct.! It’s kinda scary 🫣; when it’s dark, it’s VERY DARK and scary .
Emily helped me through the entire process she was absolutely amazing with explaining why Landmark is a great home & a great investment for me & my future.
