My first visit to Landmark condos was exceptionally good because people, places and things at the model home were inviting. The whole team was professional and helpful in providing answers to all my questions. For example, Janice DeLeon did an excellent job explaining the closing process and I could then understand the cost that I would incur. Again, thank you Janice and all who did a wonderful job selling this product called Landmark Condo. Your service could not have been better.

We fell in love with the community that Ryan Homes is creating in Sandston, Va., the moment we first drove into the area. Beautiful townhomes, beautiful condos, green spaces … it just looks fantastic. Never expected to say yes that first visit, and we didn’t … we said YES!
