I wish I had read the reviews before buying from Ryan Homes. I understand people complain about a lot, and it’s hard to get things perfect in the world we live in. I did expect a better experience with my grading and warranty complaints with water. My back yard and side yard are standing in water or stays very soggy for days after a rain storm. Sales process was very smooth from the first interaction. My sales person Heather Reese went as far as to do several videos for me as I was an out of town buyer. One of the community as well as another showing me what the drive / commute would be like from downtown. She was always readily available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and with great detail. No stone went unturned. Great staff in the sales dept. Good selection of home layouts and amenities more than adequate. Convenient , within 10 min to Leland . Nice country vibe.
As a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed by the entire process. However, once I found my house through Ryan Homes a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Nico was very helpful and answered all of my questions with a great attitude. He definitely played a big role in me selecting my house in the Riverbend community.
