Everyone from start to finish has been very professional and helpful. Especially Kris, the warranty person, who has replied every time I have a question, from a noise in the garage door to an electrical question. I don't know of any builder who continues to respond to needs after the sale is made. I am buying another Ryan home!
Beautiful homes, kris the warranty guy is THE BEST of it all, he gets five stars. The rest gets 2. But id never buy a Ryan home ever again and that is a fact. Non negotiable. Windows seals aren't square, garage walls are bowed and not straight, the washer and dryer live for about a year maybe a little longer. Just not a good idea.
Kris is a great help. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Me and my wife are more than pleased with his accommodations. We’ve been living here almost a year and we love the location and the home. Any minor things got taken care of and we couldn’t be happier.
We have lived in our home for 3 months now and so far any issues we have had, there has been a solution for almost immediately. We’ve had a great experience with Chris doing what he can to make sure we’re taken care of. My husband has owned two homes from other big name companies and had issues with irrigation and roof problems. We’re grateful to be in a home with minimal minor imperfections and a team who actually seems to care to fix anything we’ve submitted issue with.
