We have lived in our home for 3 months now and so far any issues we have had, there has been a solution for almost immediately. We have been in our home for about 6 months now, and we love it. We love the location, the neighborhood, the home… we have had some issues pop up, but the warranty team has been extremely helpful, resolving most issues the same day!
Let’s start by saying this if I would tell anybody to run, I would say run now. I am a first time homebuyer who started their journey March 2025. I was told by my sales representative that my agreement was a 30 year contract with NVR Mortgage with a 5.9% Of course that included a 12,500 incentive today is April 22, 2025 NVR Mortgage denied me over a week ago so I decided to get an approval from a secondary lender. Update 4/15 I worked with the warranty team and got all the major issues and most of the minor issues fixed. Chris from the warranty department helped me resolve them and continues to assist us with any new issues that may arise. Original - The start of the process was great but days before closing my siding color did not match, they “tried” to fix it weeks ago which I don’t believe as they were the same off colors as before.
