Showed up for an open house that your own representative put on Zillow only to find that they didn't bother to show for. Maybe your staff should not put false open houses out there wasting people's time.
They advertised an open house from 2 pm - 4 pm on Sunday the 30th. We arrived after 2 pm and guess what?!? There was no open house, this peaks volumes to potential buyers about the lack of service and commitment by your company. Sad part We were so serious we probably would have put an offer in today if only they had not lied about the open house!
I had a wonderful experience working with Erin at Hidden Lakes. I’m relocating from Cincinnati after having spent many years in Stark County in my younger years.
